How It Works
Getting Started
Onboarding
When you decide to have Big Stack Services dispatch you, we’ll need to get some basic info from you and have you fill out a few forms. You can fill out the forms online or print them and send us the completed forms by email. We need the following information:
- Your equipment
- Preferred load types
- Preferred zones
- Minimum rate
- Brokers you’re set up with
- Factoring company info (if you use one)
- MC Number
- Copy of insurance
- W-9 form
- Dispatch Service Agreement
- Limited Power of Attorney
- Optional Credit Card Authorization
Deployment
- We find a load that fits your preferences.
- We automatically book the load for you or call you first to confirm, based on your instructions.
- You pick up and deliver the load.
- We find you another load.
- Rinse. Wash. Repeat.
- You drive when you want to drive and relax when you want to relax.
Payment
- If you’re set up with a factoring company, we’ll send paperwork to them when you’ve delivered the load so you can get paid faster.
- We send a copy of your signed BOL and an invoice to the broker.
- Every Monday, we’ll invoice you the amount you owe and you can choose to pay automatically or manually.
